We source, acquire, and lease the single-family home, applying our proprietary
AI tools to identify and underwrite assets at scale.
We offer fractional equity interest (“shares”) to investors and create a digital record on blockchain using tokenization.
We manage the home—collecting rents and paying expenses—and investors receive quarterly dividends.
We typically hold the asset for 7–10 years. Investors may sell their shares early on the secondary market, or receive their proceeds when we sell the home.
Our investment objective is evaluating the asymmetrical relationship between risk and return at the market and the asset level, which helps us to successfully source, purchase, manage and exit investments at above-market returns.
